Maneesha's Recovery Story and Return to Normal Life
Life with Diabetes: The Beginning

My name is Svetlana, and I have been living in Sri Lanka for many years.

When our paths crossed, Manisha had already been living with diabetes for over 20 years.
The disease was a constant part of his life — daily insulin injections, strict diets, and ongoing anxiety about his health.

I witnessed how the illness gradually drained his strength:
his vision deteriorated, his heart suffered, his kidneys failed, and ultimately, Manisha had to undergo a leg amputation.

These were years of challenges, fears, and hope, as we searched for any solution that could ease his condition.

The Encounter That Changed Everything

About eight years ago, when hope was nearly gone, fate brought us to a Buddhist monk, known for his knowledge of ancient healing practices.
He shared with us a unique herbal formula from the Ravana Royal Medicine, an ancient system of healing in Sri Lanka.

Although this tradition differs from classical Ayurveda, it is closely related: both aim to restore internal balance, cleanse the body, and strengthen the natural “fire of life” — Agni, which governs metabolism, digestion, and overall vitality.

Ingredients of Agni Tea

The formula includes:

Phyllanthus emblica (Amla/Indian gooseberry), Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaki), Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek), Coriandrum sativum (Coriander), Zingiber officinale (Ginger), Allium sativum (Garlic), Piper nigrum (Black Pepper), and Curcuma longa (Turmeric).

These herbs are carefully selected for their digestive, anti-inflammatory, and pancreatic-supporting properties, making Agni Tea a powerful herbal tea for wellness, metabolism, and natural blood sugar support.

Phyllanthus emblica (Amla/Indian gooseberry)

Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, it supports digestion, reduces inflammation, promotes pancreatic health, and helps lower blood sugar levels.

Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaki)

Used in Ayurveda for cleansing the intestines and detoxification. It supports proper digestion and helps regulate blood sugar levels.

Terminalia chebula (Haritaki)

Improves digestion, stimulates metabolism, and helps in body detoxification. It is considered beneficial for maintaining normal pancreatic function.

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek)

Lowers blood sugar levels, stimulates insulin production, improves digestion, and helps reduce inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract.

Coriandrum sativum (Coriander)

Supports digestion, improves pancreatic function, and may help lower blood sugar levels.

Zingiber officinale (Ginger)

Enhances digestion, reduces inflammation, and may help control blood sugar levels, supporting the pancreas.

Allium sativum (Garlic)

Garlic supports the pancreas through its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties, helping reduce inflammation, protect pancreatic cells from damage, regulate blood sugar levels, and prevent infections that could affect pancreatic health.

Curcuma longa (Turmeric)

Turmeric, especially its active compound curcumin, may help manage diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity, reducing inflammation, and lowering blood sugar levels.

Piper nigrum (Black Pepper)

Black pepper is beneficial for the pancreas due to the presence of piperine, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It stimulates the secretion of digestive enzymes, helping to improve food digestion and nutrient absorption. This can reduce the load on the pancreas by facilitating the digestive process.

our story

How Agni Tea is Prepared

Following the monk’s instructions, I prepared Agni Tea myself.
This was not just an infusion but a ritual of patience and care.
The process took 10 hours, during which 10 liters of herbal decoction were slowly reduced to 1 liter of concentrated elixir.

Today, this ancient formula has been adapted for modern convenience: a cup of Agni Tea brews in just 15 minutes, retaining its full energy, depth, and effectiveness.

The Path to Healing

From the first days of drinking Agni Tea, Manisha experienced improved digestion, better sleep, and overall well-being.
Under medical supervision, he gradually reduced his insulin dosage over eight months.

By the end of this period, his blood sugar stabilized, and he was able to stop insulin injections completely.
This was a natural recovery process, supported by herbal wisdom, nutrition, and internal balance.

Eight Years Later: A New Life

These herbs are carefully selected for their digestive, anti-inflammatory, and pancreatic-supporting properties, making Agni Tea a powerful herbal tea for wellness, metabolism, and natural blood sugar support.

Agni Tea became a symbol of hope and natural strength, proving that ancient Sri Lankan knowledge can awaken the body’s own healing mechanisms.
